The demand for tilapia fishing goods has recently expanded on a national scale. One of the difficulties this fish farming operation encountered was parasite-caused illness. aims study were to explore parasites in (Oreochromis niloticus) from local seller Dramaga, Bogor, West Java. A total 14 sampled, with an average length 22 cm and body weight 195 grams. Fish gills, pectoral fins, caudal tail dorsal scales, intestines collected. methods used wet mount examination, gut samples stained Ziehl Neelsen, blood obtained Giemsa analysis. findings revealed that Trichodina sp. (85.71 percent) present several organs, gills being most heavily affected organ. intensity parasite 27.83 individuals/head. detected by Neelsen staining Myxobolus (57.14 %), Cryptosporidium spp. (35.71 Cyclospora (14.29%). type found identified as Hemogregarina sp (50%). Our are very important information initiating development treatment strategy prevent infection farms
